    A no cost CD is available to any Rescue Worker who worked at The World Trade Center, Pentagon and/or Pennsylvania crash sites. This includes Fire Fighters, Law Enforcement Officers, Paramedics, Support personnel of these agencies, such as photographers, chaplains, doctors and other medical personnel and anyone else who was directly involved with rescuing, body recover, body identification and sifting through scene for evidence.

     

    Email the following information to:

    (Please include department address and phone number)

    If ordering a single copy, include the following:

    • Name
    • Rank/position
    • Site worked/number of days worked at site(s)
    • e-mail address if it is necessary to contact the person ordering the CD

    If ordering multiple copies, have order signed by Authorizing Official for Department or site supervisor and include the following:

    • Number of CD’s requested
    • Name of Person to whom CD’s should be shipped
    • Site Worked
    • e-mail address
